As one of the key department of Kaiyi Hospital, the orthopedic department has 48 beds, excellent equipment, first-class ward facilities and beautiful environment as well as 3 VIP wards. The academic leaders of key specialties imported from the province's 3A hospitals has brought advanced treatment technique within the country reaching the level of key specialties in 3A hospitals. Whether in Spine Surgery, Joint Surgery, Trauma Orthopedics and minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, we all have formed a mature and standardized scientific and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system, and have achieved great clinical results. In Traumatology Orthopedics: we have extensive clinical experience in the clinical treatment and surgery of all sorts of difficult and complicated limb, pelvis and spine fractures, especially focusing on the concept of minimally invasive and minimally invasive procedures, keeping up with the development of domestic technique and perform increasingly more minimally invasive surgeries with new techniques, whose clinical results have reached or exceeded the results of previous open surgery. In spine surgery: we have rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spondylolisthesis and various spinal injuries. Capable of performing anterior and posterior cervical spine surgery, and surgeries for thoracic spine fracture, lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis, and lumbar spinal slippage. Meanwhile, we have also carried out "lumbar disc herniation surgery with intervertebral foraminal mirror", "percutaneous pedicle nail internal fixation of thoracolumbar fracture", “Vertebroplasty (treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures and pathological thoracolumbar fractures)” and other minimally invasive surgeries, and have achieved very good clinical results. In the field of joint surgery, we are skilled in performing artificial hip replacement, artificial hip revision, artificial total knee replacement, artificial knee revision, and artificial half shoulder joint replacement. We also carried out minimally invasive procedures such as posterior approach SuperPath and anterior approach DAA for hip replacement, minimally invasive UKA and other minimally invasive arthroplasty procedures. We also offer "double-action total hip arthroplasty", the mobility of which can reach the normal level of joint movement. Currently, our department routinely performs various procedures related to arthroscopy. Meanwhile, we have extensive clinical experience in the treatment of traumatic hand and foot trauma, broken fingers, and hand and foot diseases.
